Yes, I will BREATH SLOWLY, STEADILY AND SMOOTHLY. No, I won't breathe abruptly, erratically and keep stopping and starting.
Yes, I will BREATHE MORE THAN I FEEL LIKE BREATHING. No, I won't just stay in my comfort zone.
How you BREATHE is HOW you LIVE. Every pattern that you have shows up in your breath pattern all day.
Breathing is not something you do in a class for a couple minutes or hours. It is a movement that we practice all day everyday.
Whatever you practice, you cultivate.
If you practice non-productive breathing patterns, you build these patterns, and this impacts how you think, how you work, how you relate. If you practice productive breathing patterns, you build these patterns, and this impact how you think, how you work and how you relate.
Breath is related to all that you do every minute of every day. We are cultivating CONSCIOUS BREATH in every moment. In order to this, we require training to breathe as we move, breathe as we are still, breathe when we speak and breathe as we listen.
It is through this practice of staying consciously connected to our breath, that we are aligned in all that we do!

As our bodies are NATURE itself, we are also mooooving towards BALANCE. We go ON and OFF balance, and in the process, we are growing... we are strengthening... we are creating more FUNction and vitality throughout our ENTIRE systems.

This connected awareness of both, what is already happening, and what is not yet happening, creates BALANCE in the system.... and Balance is the Pathway to Function.
Function is not linear or predetermined... Function is the MOOOOVEMENT that creates BALANCE for the whole. Nature is FUNCTIONAL... NOT perfect... FUNCTIONAL. FUNctional is FUN!
As you increase your levels of FUNction in your body, your relationships, and your career, life becomes more FUN.
As you make function your DIRECTtion, you are aligning with nature, and when you align with nature, you are CONNECTED to what to do when, and have the energy behind you to DO what is needed!
When your focus is on function, you compete with yourself. You do not compete with others or try to be like someone else. You work with yourself and continually explore to find greater levels of balance and function within your system.
To do this takes valuing where you already ARE functional, what you CAN do. From here, you can find where you are not currently functional, what you cannot yet do, and open to resources and people to learn from, to bring more balance to your whole system, and create more function inside of YOU. To do this takes INITIATION, HONESTY, and COURAGE... YOU CAN DO IT!
BALANCE is the KEY. In order to achieve balance, and to reach our goals, we have to continually go on and off balance. We only experience balance through movement, and we are always on the pathway to function as we go on and off balance.
How we move towards our goals can be an organic ~~fluid~~ process of learning, like a child learning how to walk: "fall... get up... fall... get up..." We have to fall many times before learning to do something new successfully. In the process of learning, falling and getting up again, we master whatever it is we are choosing to learn.
This way of living brings a JOYFUL spirit of adventure to all that you do in your life!

Everything on this earth moves in cycles... and so do we!
The moon, the tides, the seasons, the plants, our bodies... As we learn the cycles and timing within ourselves... our inner rhythms and biological breath... we can move with the changes in the world around us.
Learn to: Initiate... when you need to begin.... Sustain...when you need to maintain... Let Go...when you need to end.
To sense this timing takes practice.
There are two kinds of timing in the world: Organic timing that we find in the natural world, and Man-made timing, with clocks, calendars and schedules.
To learn how to move with both timings takes practice.... Connect inside, and pay attention to your inner movement and breath, and bringing this connection into relating with the world. So that a timer does not make you pop OUT of yourself, skip, rush or collapse.
You are training to be FREE to move, in connection with yourself while in relationship with any person, any situation, any timing, and any rhythm. This takes TRAINING!
Learning to listen to someone else's timing, helps you to navigate the calm and stormy waters of circumstance, so you can be on the wave of teamplay and ride with confidence. In the process of learning we will speak too soon, and not enough, you will move too fast (rush) and then too slow (hesitate).
And with enough practice, you will cultivate the skill of learning to pay attention to inner and outer timing. This is how you get more proficient at responding on the "beat" of the whole team and move in alignment with the whole, which produces results in all that you do.
