When confronted with problems or situations, the response is often to avoid and collapse, confront and attack, freeze, numb or space out. These are all kinesthetic, patterned responses that the body has learned in order to protect you from danger and enable you to survive. These conditioned responses are stored as memories in your tissues. As you learn how to release the memories and become present to any situation at hand, you are available to problem-solve.
In order to be free from these conditioned responses, you need to embrace them with your awareness. This requires a willingness to be present and experience what is occurring on a sensation level. All emotions are sensations in the body. When you are guided to experience these sensations, they organically transform. Emotions that are held in the body can be transformed as you give them room to exist and detach from them as they are occurring. Thoughts are pictures or words, which construct images or sounds in your mind. When a thought is allowed to exist and detachment is practiced, the thought can also move and transform. This practice of experiencing thought, emotion and sensation gives you the ability to know what you think and how you feel. This capacity to

What you do with your thoughts and feelings and how you choose to focus is what creates your reality. With professional guidance, you can learn to problem solve, a creative approach of evaluating all angles of a situation and incorporating another’s thoughts, feelings and perceptions as part of the situation. Once you can include every aspect, you are ready to begin problem solving. This ability requires that you completely take charge of you and be responsive to the whole. This is the beginning of self-mastery.
The manifestation is whatever is occurring in your life and world. Through continued practice you learn to make choices that serve you and others. You learn to develop respect, responsibility, adaptability, clarity and integrity. Teamwork is a natural outgrowth of this process. It is both an extremely rewarding and empowering process and skill.

This enhances your ability to be clear and not take things personally. Out of this awareness, you can be direct, assertive and set limits and boundaries, as they are needed.
You will be guided into holding a space for your partner so they can clarify, identify and communicate their needs. You will also be guided to tell your truth in a way that the other person can understand which takes learning to be aware of and adaptable to their style.
Each individual has an extremely unique and complex system. Learning to interact with another’s system requires commitment, practice and a high intention to work and play in resonance. These sessions teach you how to participate fully with another.

At the very core of our existence lies a intelligence that guides us. We don’t consciously understand the complex process the body goes through every second we are alive. There is an intricate communication system at work which allows the heart to speak to the brain, the blood speak to the cells and so on. The entire system is in communication with itself. This natural intelligence is often not recognized and valued.
Through movement and breath work, you are guided to connect consciously to the natural flow of energy throughout your entire system. You learn how to unwind and heal trauma that is stored and frozen in your musculature and cells. As you allow the natural responses to activate and open to the flow of sexual energy,(prana or chi), you also are
Tremendous skill is required to be able to make things work with others. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, abilities and talents, fears and limitations, desires and needs. Ultimately, we all have some very basic needs for survival and for security, to understand and be understood and to love and be loved. The way we have been trained affects the way we go about getting our needs met.
These sessions teach you through verbal and non-verbal communication how to make relationships function well. Non-verbal movement exercises reveal the dynamics that are occurring in any relationship. Through guided observation and feedback, you can become aware of your conditioned, patterned responses and create new possibilities that build and encourage both parties.
Most people have learned to operate by being controlling, manipulating, bullying or being controlled, manipulated or victimized. You will learn how to take charge of yourself within any relationship. Taking charge means that you are in charge of what you think, feel, say and do. You are fully responsible for how you act, react or interact with anyone.
Learning to be clear and adaptable enables you to be flexible enough to work within any structure. You will be guided into creating clear contracts and agreements that provide flexibility in any given situation. Being respectful of you and your choices and respectful of someone else and their choices allows you to operate with integrity. The freedom to know how to make a relationship function well is empowering.
Feelings that are not managed and directed are either pushed down (suppression) or acted out (expression) without an awareness of the whole. This can create damage to you or others.
In these sessions you develop a greater capacity to experience feelings and allow them to flow as opposed to holding them back or acting them out. Vitality can re-enter your body and your health can be restored.
