Here is an Overview of Dance Alive:
Dance Alive is an alive, organic system of movement rooted in the principles of nature.
Dance Alive embodies all the qualities found in NATURE:
the soft, easy flow of water
the spacious, expansive quality of air
the steady, strong quality of earth
and the dynamic, spontaneity of fire!
Here is an overview of all the Dance Alive Programs:

Ride the Wave- 2 hr Weekly Classes (every Wednesday night)
A Dynamic Movement Class (A Journey through the Movement Forms- Active and Subtle Movement)
Inner Rhythms- 2 hr Weekly Classes (every Tuesday night)
A Guided Meditational Movement Class (A Journey Inside- Subtle Movement and Breath)
Ride The Wave- 4 hr Workshops ( 7 Sundays per year)
A Dynamic Movement Workshop (A Journey through the Movement Forms- Active and Subtle Movement)
Inner Rhythms- 4 hr Workshops ( 7 Sundays per year)
A Guided Meditational Movement Workshop (A Journey Inside- Subtle Movement and Breath)
Take Charge Now- 8 hr Monthly Leadership Training Workshop (7 Saturdays per year)
An Embodied Leadership Training- Learn to be connected to yourself and relate on a team as you move towards your goals.
Moving Into Action- Intro + 2 day Intensives (5 per year)
A Dynamic Movement Intensive- Incorporates Ride the Wave and Inner Rhythms into one action packed weekend!
Empowerment Pods- 3 hr Accelerated Movement Training (multiple pods, all meet 1 x month)
Themed groups of 4-8 people that meet 1 x month to train together in one of the following areas:
Health and Vitality, Relationship, or Work, Career & Money
Private Training- Coaching Sessions
One-on-one training with a Dance Alive® Coach to go deeper into your study and application of movement in every area of your life (Health & Vitality, Relationships, or Career).
Dance Alive Affiliate Programs
Embody Your Intention- Goals and Intentions Workshop (3 per year)
This workshop is designed to develop, reinforce, and deepen your connection to your goals and intentions in every area of your life.
Dance Alive is self-paced. You are encouraged to listen to your system and timing and do the programs that fit for you in the balance of your life! There are no formulas for HOW to do it, and you are encouraged to sense what you WANT and GO FOR IT!

Most people start off with WEEKLY CLASSES to get a taste of the movement work, which is the foundation for all the trainings.
From there you can go more in depth through the 4 HR WORKSHOPS (Ride The Wave and Inner Rhythms),
TAKE CHARGE NOW, for embodied relating and leadership training, or INTENSIVES which integrate all the Dance Alive Programs into three dynamic days! For continuing students, the EMPOWERMENT PODS are 3 hr monthly power groups that delve deep into one of the three areas (listed above). Some people do 1 pod, others do 14!
