​Inner Rhythms is the foundation of all movement. 
The place from which all life, motion, and creation emerges. This workshop guides you deeply inside, to listening, to sensing, and to moving from the subtle stir of movement already happening within you.
The Body inherently knows how to heal, how to move, and how to bring itself into balance and integrity. It takes training and practice to not interfere with or override the innate intelligence of the body. This takes repetitive practice in paying attention, listening to what the body is communicating, responding, and giving it what it is asking for.
