"One of the ways I keep my health vital, is I use high quality products that others have devoted their lives to creating and sharing. I have studied nutrition and all kinds of health products for years, and am sharing with you products and companies that I have had really good experiences with personally. I am always in the process of nourishing, assimilating and eliminating. I do my best to balance building my strength and vitality and detoxing what I no longer need. It is definitely a challenge to stay healthy in this world which has so much pollution in the air, water and food systems. I use my team of others who have dedicated their lives to research and producing great products.
I continue to try new products and see how they work with my body at the current time.
I allow myself to update as needed and what I need at one time changes so I start and stop different programs and products based on what my current needs are. I invite you to explore what works for you.
